The CIRS at Council for Exceptional Children (CEC)
The CIRS at Council for Exceptional Children (CEC)
In April, 2012, the CIRS investigators attended the annual conference of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) in Denver, Colorado. Clinical Research Scientist, Dr. Judy Harrison, presented a paper titled Accommodations for students with ADHD or EBD: A literature synthesis.
Dr. Harrison's presentation generated a great deal of interest and discussion on this important and controversial topic. Dr. Harrison and the CIRS are excited to continue to be actively involved in impactful conversations that have implications for the future of interventions for children and families in schools.
