Dr. Betsy Hoza visits The CIRS
Dr. Betsy Hoza visits The CIRS
Dr. Betsy Hoza, Professor of Psychology at the University of Vermont, visited with Ohio University and the CIRS as a part of the Department of Psychology's colloquium speaker series. Dr. Hoza is a national and internationally recognized expert on ADHD, as well as the mentor of our own Dr. Julie S. Owens. Dr. Hoza shared a number of findings from her recent work on peer relationships in children with ADHD, as well as the effects of vigorous exervise on children with ADHD (for further information on Dr. Hoza's interests see her faculty page).Additionally, Dr. Hoza took some time to meet with the CIRS faculty, staff, and graduate students to contribute suggestions and feedback on current projects. We would like to thank Dr. Hoza for visiting Ohio University and the CIRS and for taking the time to share her work and expertise with us.
